Physical Products
To receive a refund on any physical product, please first complete the Contact Us Return Request to receive a Return Authorization Number before mailing your product back to us. Please include your order number in your request.
Accordingly, we reserve the right to deny refunds for any reason. To qualify for a return and receive a refund, your product must have been received within the past 15 days, be unopened, and be in its original condition with all seals in tact. If approved, please mail your product back to us at:

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment later on, within 3-5 business days.
Please Note: Once a shipment has been mailed out, a refund can no longer be offered.
Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for any orders that are placed with the wrong address. The customer must reach out to the shipping provider and correct the address. If the issue can not be resolved, the order will be deemed as “shipped” and is not eligible for a refund.
Digital Access Products
Digital Access products are digitally based goods, that are housed behind an account page. After the purchase is made, you must log in to access the content.
The website is set up to track login data. If you have logged into your account after making your purchase, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy on a case by case basis at our sole discretion.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Secondly, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Lastly, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
